I am Meg Leddy. I am a surgical PA who found myself bone tired, cynical, angry, and joyless a few years ago. I broke down one day in a bathroom stall at work and decided I didn't want to live this way anymore. That is when I started making small, but meaningful changes that stuck. I had no idea why they worked until I started reading and researching about burnout and wellbeing. I became a Wellness Ambassador at Duke, where I work, and it opened my eyes to the science behind feeling better. I bought an Audible subscription and fell in love with self help books and books about the body, gut, and mind.
